1. This list cancels all previous lists.
2. Prices are listed for order per variety of 54 +
( For qty ordered 18 - 54 add 5p per plant to price ) .Please order in multiples of 18 for P9r + 15 for P11r
3. For larger orders please ask for quotation.
4. VAT charged on all sales @ 13.5% if not Vat registered
5. Payment strictly C.O.D.

6. Payment within 60 days of invoice date, only if an account is prearranged.
7. All plants are offered subject to being in stock at time of placing order.
8. Complaints as to Quality, Count, etc must be made to us in writing within 7 days of delivery of goods.
9. Free delivery to U K on all orders over stg £3000 ./
10. Free delivery in Ireland on all orders over Euro 1300
11. Smaller orders carry a delivery charge Euros 35 (Ireland ) + stg£ 48 ( England)per trolley.
12. All deliveries on CC Danish Trolleys (Locked ).
13. We are interested in contract growing.
14. Legal and beneficial ownership of plants shall remain with seller until payment has been received in full.
